Vanguard Security Conference 2009

Q: When can I begin the installation of my booth?
A: Set up will begin on Monday, June 1, per the targeted floor plan from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. All booths must be set by 3:00 p.m. on Monday, June 1, 2009.

Q: When can I begin to dismantle my booth?
A: Tear down will begin at the close of the Expo floor at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2. All exhibit materials must be off the show floor no later than 11:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2009.

Q: What is the targeted floor plan and where do I get it?
A: The targeted floor plan has been designed by the general services contractor to facilitate a smooth move-in. A floor plan may be found in the Exhibitor Services Kit or you may view the floor plan by clicking here.

Q: How many exhibitors in total will be at the conference?
A: 25

Q: How many attendees are expected?
A: 500

Q: Will 24-hour security be provided?
A: Yes. There will be security to prevent unauthorized access to the Expo during off hours, however, we do not assume liability for your booth or its contents and suggest that you consider your own security needs.

Q: When will I receive the Exhibitor Services Manual?
A: The manual will be e-mailed to the assigned Logistics Contact within three (3) business days of Exhibitor Application receipt and will contain general information, rules and regulations, registration, travel and housing information, as well as all the various vendor forms that you will need to help you plan for your participation in the Vanguard Security, Audit and Compliance Expo 2009

Q: When is the deadline to register my booth staff?
A: You will be able to register your booth staff up until 5:00 p.m. (PST), on Friday, May 15, 2009.

Q: Does my booth come with a complimentary Four Day Conference pass? If not, is there a discounted price?
A: No, booth fees do not include a complimentary Four Day Conference pass. There is no special discounted price for exhibitors, but there are general discounted prices available, if you register early. The rates and discount deadlines are:

Early Bird Rate: $1,745.00-Available until February 28, 2009
Standard Rate: $1,945.00

Q: What are the registration hours?
A: Registration hours are as followed:

Saturday, May 30- 7:30am to 5:00pm
Sunday, May 31 - 7:30am to 5:00pm
Monday, June 1 - 7:30am to 5:00pm

Q: What are the Expo hours?
A: The Production Solution Center hours as follows:

Monday, June 1            5:30pm to 8:00pm

Tuesday, June 2            5:30pm to 7:30pm

NOTE: All booths must be staffed during show hours

Q: Are extra exhibitor booth passes available?
A: Extra exhibitor passes for booth staff are available. Each exhibitor receives four (4) exhibitor staff passes per 10 x 10 exhibit space. Additional exhibitor staff passes are $50 each.

Q: Can I attend the keynote sessions?
A: Yes, you may attend keynote sessions. All exhibitor badges allow access to the Expo and all Keynote Sessions.
