In June, the average high temperature is 88 °F and the average low temperature is 72°F. - What should I wear at the Conference?
The recommended attire for all conference functions is business casual. We will monitor the temperature in all meeting and meal rooms to ensure a comfortable environment, however, we do suggest bringing a light jacket or sweater. - When can I pick up my Conference name badge and materials?
Conference badges and materials will be available, starting on May 30, 2009, at the Conference Registration Desk, located on the 2nd level. - When are Birds of a Feather sessions scheduled and how may I submit a topic?
Birds of a Feather sessions will be available in the evenings of June 1 through June 3, 2009. You may submit a session by completing a form either by clicking here or on-site at the Conference Registration Desk. - When is the New Attendee Orientation and what can I expect?
If this is your first time at our Conference, you are invited to the New Attendee Orientation on Sunday, May 31, for an overview of what to expect, how to maximize your training and networking schedule, and to meet our instructors. - What type of meal functions are provided at the Conference?
Continental Breakfasts, Lunches, Refreshment Breaks and Receptions will be hosted. Beverages served at Product Solutions Center receptions may be purchased. If you should have any special dietary needs, please send an email to conference@go2vanguard.com. - When is the Product Solution Center open and what can I expect?
On Monday, June 1 and Tuesday, June 2, you will meet with top Security product companies in the industry during dedicated exhibit hall hours. Collect stamps from each participating exhibitor to enter the Prize Giveaway Drawing. Each qualified Prize Giveaway card will be eligible for exciting prizes. A list of the exhibitors, prizes, and schedule will be available soon!
