This special discounted room rate is limited and only available to Vanguard Enterprise Security Solutions attendees. Reservations must be made by May 1, 2009. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis at regular room rates. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card at time of reservation.

Airline Reservations
American Airlines is the official airline for the 23rd Annual Vanguard Security Conference. Special discounted air travel, including the Zone Fare program, is available if reservations are made through the American Airlines Meetings Services Desk. Call 800-433-1790 or visit www.AA.com and use the Vanguard Conference discount code: A8259AA, when booking on-line. Select your flights, then enter the discount code on the Passenger Details page. Not applicable to all classes of airfare.
Shuttle/ Taxi Service
Transportation to Jacksonville International Airport VIA Express Shuttle, From the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront
Shuttle service leaves from the side door near the Hotel Gift Shop
If you are boarding the shuttle as an individual the fare to the airport is a flat $32.50
If you board the shuttle as a group of 1 to 3 people the fare will be $30.00. If you are a group of 4 or more (and you board as a group) you will be charged $10.00 per person.
The fare and breadown is the same from the JIA to Hyatt.
Be advised you must make reservations for the shuttle 24 hours prior to the time that you wish to leave the hotel.
Should you wish to make shuttle reservations for a return trip to the airport from the hotel please see the Express Shuttle representative at the Concierge Desk in the hotel lobby. (Mon thur Fri 9 am - 5 pm) On weekends the hotel concierge will be happy to assist you.
Taxis are always available and are metered.
Rental Car and Parking
Avis is the official rental car company for the23rd Annual Vanguard Security Conference.. To review established discounted Conference rates or reserve a car, visit www.avis.com and enter the Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) number T600699 or call (800) 331-1600 and mention the AWD number. Should a lower qualifying rate become available at the time of booking, Avis is pleased to offer a 5% discount off the lower qualifying rate or the Conference rate, whichever is lowest. The attendee must use the assigned Meeting Avis Discount Number and meet Avis rental requirements to receive the discount. (Rate discounts are available at all corporate and participating licensee locations.)
