Audit and Compliance Mini-Assessment
What are the Benefits of the Mini-Assessment?
Vanguard’s audit and compliance Mini-Assessment benefits your organization by:
- Providing a mini-assessment of the implementation of your z/OS Security Server (RACF) environment by a world-class Vanguard security expert
- Providing you a written report identifying:
- The security risks that were found in the mini-assessment
- Description of each risk and our judgment of its severity
- Explanation of how to remediate the finding and the level of estimated effort required to complete the remediation
- Offering complimentary use of Vanguard’s tools to remediate security exposures for 30 days following completion of the mini-assessment.
What we ask of you?
- Participate in a "Walkthrough" of recommended software solution(s) within 72 hours of completion of the mini-assessment to receive training on how to use Vanguard software to address identified system vulnerabilities. At no additional charge, you will have full use of software tools for 30 days for the purpose of remediating vulnerabilities. During this time, you will evaluate the software for acquisition in "good faith."
- Carefully consider Vanguard’s proposal for services and/or software solutions that will most effectively identify, remediate, and protect against future recurrences of identified vulnerabilities.
