An Important Announcement for Vanguard Customers

Vanguard has initiated a software versioning change beginning with Vanguard Security Solutions version 1.13. We have retired our previous number system, ending with Vanguard version 8.2.  Vanguard releases new versions concurrently with each new release by IBM for z/OS and RACF; and with this numbering change, Vanguard will align its versioning number with the z/OS and RACF versioning number. This year, IBM released z/OS 1.13 on September 30, and as always, Vanguard provided same day support. This versioning number change enables our customers to more easily equate releases for Vanguard Security Solutions and IBM z/OS and RACF.
