Online Class FAQ

How does the “Hands-on lab” part of the RACF training work?

This class is conducted live using Vanguard's training LPAR.  You will participate in the lab exercises just as if they were in a classroom environment. Online classes save you travel time and expenses.

How do I interact with the instructor?

Interaction with the instructor is through the audio connection of the WebEx.  You can 'raise your hand' to ask questions and can also use the chat function.

If I miss a day or part of one, is the class available in any sort of recorded replay?

No recording of the class is made.  The class is live just the same as in a classroom.

If you have trouble logging in or you are unable to attend, please contact the Vanguard Training Department at 702-794-0014 or by email to trainingteam@go2vanguard.com.
