Mr. Bahadur is currently CEO of KRAA Security (www.kraasecurity.com), a Managed Security Services and Consulting firm. He was the co-founder and CIO of Foundstone Inc, a $20M security vulnerability risk management firm which was sold to McAfee in 2004 for $86 million. As a Senior Vice President of Bank of America, Mr. Bahadur redesigned the Global Threat Management Lifecycle strategy and Risk Forecasting strategy, and was a catalyst for delivering risk mitigation strategies and solutions. He was also the President and co-founder of Ether2 Corporation managing business development, client acquisition, marketing, fund raising and the strategic direction. During his time as Manager at Ernst & Young, he developed security practices, helped develop and taught the “Extreme Hacking” course.

L. Cathern Bailey is a Security Professional with over 20 years of experience. Her areas of concentrated work experience are the implementation, maintenance, monitoring and training for Resource Access Control Facility (RACF); development, implementation and training of Security Awareness Programs; development, implementation and maintenance of Security Program/Plan.; development of Security Policies, Procedures, Guidelines & Standards,plus conceptualization, analysis, design, development and implementation of Applications, including security components for new and existing applications. She earned her CISSP in 1999.

Mike Kearney has worked for IBM for 31 years and has specialized in mainframe security for 18 years. He earned his CISSP in 1997. His background includes RACF and Internet security. Mike's current specialty is securing IBM's WebSphere Application Server.

Scott Blackmer is a technology lawyer known internationally in the fields of intellectual property, information privacy, security, and Internet and wireless commerce. He serves on the Executive Management Team of Brussels-based First Law International, and he acts as general counsel to the Trusted Computing Group and XDI.org. He also advises other industry associations and government agencies in the US, Europe, and East Asia, as well as representing global corporations and IT start-ups.

Ernie Nachtigall has been working at IBM since 1969, starting in operations and system programming, eventually moving to application programming ("C", PL/1, PL/X, PASCAL, BASIC, COBOL, FORTRAN, FCL and ASSEMBLER). In 1971, he was the first in IBM Canada to become involved in the burgeoning discipline of cryptography and its associated implementations, participating in the code authoring of ATM, teller, PIN and 3270 emulation solutions which eventually led to assisting in the design of IBM's 4753 MVS system and authoring some of the original ICSF CMOS code. Although still residing in the Toronto Canada area, he continues to be involved through the Washington System's Center as one of their cryptography and security resources, assisting customers in the activation of their cryptographic systems and teaching installation and cryptographic programming workshops with a side specialty of understanding Atalla and Racal competitive implementations.

Ms. Wai Choi works in RACF/PKI development, design and test at IBM. Her expertise has made her classes popular at the Vanguard conferences. She also actively participates in the RACF-L forum answering certificate related questions.

Mark Nelson, CISSP, CSSLP, is a Senior Software Engineer with the z/OS Security Design and Development Team at IBM Poughkeepsie. In addition to his design and development work, Mark is an active speaker on computer security, having spoken to user groups and IBM field representatives on four continents.

Thomas Cosenza has worked for IBM for the past 11 years in the security field. Currently, he is part of the z/Center of Excellence within the industry solutions area. Thomas has worked creating solutions for many different types of companies around the world. He is a CISSP and Certified IBM Network Specialist.

Jan Quach has been in the IT field for over 10 years and has worked on a wide variety of platforms. He started in 1998 performing hardware engineering and programming, designing embedded systems, mainly in assembler language and using z80 and early 16bit x86 architecture. In 2001 he transferred to an it-consulting firm, providing services in it-security, systems architect, hardware and software maintenance, networking, firewalls on platforms such as AS/400(IBM i), AIX (IBM pSeries), Windows w2k (MCSE - expired), Cisco (CCNA –expired), Nortel, a variety of linux OS, and HP equipment. Later he joined DMdata (Now IBM) in 2003 and started working on zSeries, mainly focused on security. Performing RACF administration, key management, strategies involving cryptography, CEX2 (4764 crypto processor), TKE and DKMS, servicing mainly financial institutions and the transport sector and has good knowledge in credit card payment systems (PCI compliance).

Joining KPMG in 2008, he now provides services in general it-security and compliance, auditing a variety of platforms, performs risk analysis, has good knowledge in standards such as ISO27001, ISO27002, Sarbanes-Oxley, SAS70, etc.

Paul de Graaff is the Global Information Security Officer and Senior Vice President for Global Operations and Systems at AIG. In this role, he has the corporate responsibly for the execution of AIG’s Information Security Program across all AIG’s business lines, as well as for strengthening AIG’s Information Security posture on a continual basis.

Mr. de Graaff joined AIG in March of 2007 as the Chief Security Officer with AIG Operations & Systems.

Prior to joining AIG, Mr. de Graaff held the Corporate Information Security Officer at Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation. Mr. de Graaff held Information Security consulting and management positions at ING, ABN/AMRO, IBM and UNISYS.

Mr. de Graaff was awarded the Top 100 IT Leadership Award in 2006 by Computerworld Magazine.

Mr. de Graaff holds a Bachelor‘s Degree in Applied Mathematics from the Open University of The Hague, The Netherlands.

Anne M. Rogers is Director of Information Safeguards, Waste Management and VP, WM Security Services, Inc. She is responsible for the company’s information security policies, guidelines, security awareness program, and the company’s computer forensics program.

Marne E. Gordan is GRC Market Manager for IBM, in the Tivoli Software Division. She is responsible for managing industry relations and maintaining regulatory intelligence on the eRetail, health care, and financial services industries, as well as the Federal Government. With a strong background in information security and privacy, she was previously Director of Regulatory Affairs for Cybertrust, where she built and managed the compliance practice for information security and privacy. Ms. Gordan has authored numerous white papers and bylined articles on security and privacy standards and Federal regulations, and is a regular contributor to several leading industry publications. She is also a qualified provisional ISO 27001 lead auditor.

Dale Webster, CISSP is a Security Engineer for HP, headquartered in Greenville, SC. Dale has over 25 years experience in Information Systems, working primarily with RACF for the past 20 years. Dale’s background also includes experience with Top Secret and ACF2 as well as applications with internal security such as CYBORG, Millennium and OMI. Dale has been designated a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) by the International Information Systems Security Consortium or (ISC)2 in May, 2000.

Robert S. Hansel is the founder of RSH Consulting, Inc., a firm dedicated to helping clients strengthen their mainframe and network access controls by fully exploiting all the capabilities and latest innovations in RACF. He has nearly 30 years of experience in information systems security including 24 years as a RACF manager, consultant, auditor, and instructor. Mr. Hansel has reviewed, implemented, and enhanced RACF controls for major insurance firms, financial institutions, utilities, hospitals, universities, and international retailers. He is especially skilled at redesigning and refining large-scale implementations of RACF using role-based access control concepts. Mr. Hansel has also created elaborate automated tools to assist clients with RACF administration, identity management, and quality assurance.

Mark Wilson of RSM Partners Limited has twenty+ years of technical IT experience, with a broad range of skills covering all aspects of a modern data centre. The majority of his expertise was gained in a hands-on technical role performing a variety of duties in many diverse environments. He also has extensive knowledge of MVS systems programming with skills.
