Support Class Description
General Availability Current release that is Generally Available to customers. Fully supported as per maintenance contract.
General Availability Prior release that is still Generally Available to customers for a limited time or special needs only. Fully supported as per maintenance contract. Enhancement requests accepted for review.
Full Support Available Prior release that is no longer Generally Available to customers. Fully supported as per maintenance contract for a limited time. (Normally one year after the Generally Available release becomes available.) Enhancement requests no longer accepted. Full Support end date will be determined and posted. Customers urged to upgrade to the Generally Available release.
Full Support Available Until: Prior release that is no longer Generally Available to customers. Fully supported as per maintenance contract until a specified date, after which only limited support available. Existing service and documentation provided on the FTP Server.
